Your pharmacy management system sends the claim to the Rx Linc switch over our secure, high-speed network.

Pre edits
RECLAIM | Rx checks DAW codes, dispense quantities, NDCs and prescriber DEA authority before the payer sees the claim.

Adjudicate
The claim is routed to the right payer or PBM and the response comes back in real time while monitoring watches for payer issues.

Post edits
We review responses for underpayments, AWP changes and redirected claims, then report and resubmit so you keep what you earned.
